Thank you for shopping at our store. We mainly sell car modification parts and we support light customization of products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any questions, please contact us within seven days of receiving your product. We will do our best to provide you with the best solution. The following are the return and exchange services we offer to our customers:

Eligible Products for Return and Exchange:

Products that are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete with packaging, original tags and invoices.

Products that are damaged or missing parts due to product quality issues or transportation issues.

Non-eligible Products for Return and Exchange:

Customized products (according to customer requirements for light customization or personalization).

Products that are damaged or missing parts due to installation or other human factors.

How to Apply for Return and Exchange:

Send an email to aisenautoparts@gmail.com with your order number, purchase date, product name, quantity and reason.

Wait for our reply and confirmation of whether you meet the return and exchange conditions.

If you meet the conditions, please send the product back to us and provide the tracking number. Please use UPS or FedEx courier companies and keep the invoice as proof.

We will notify you as soon as possible after receiving and checking your returned product whether your refund is successful. If you meet the conditions, we will refund the amount to your payment account using the same method you used when purchasing the product.

About Shipping Costs and Refunds:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose, we will deduct a 10% handling fee before processing your refund.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs and give you a full refund, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
